Museum Schloss Ritzen Saalfelden

Temporarily closed

The Schloss Ritzen Museum is one of the four remaining palaces in Saalfelden.

In addition to depictions of the diverse Saalfelden life, the Museum Schloss Ritzen houses has many of ethnically valuable exhibits, such as the crib collection of Xandi Schläfer and a large collection of votive pictures. The works of the watercolourist Gottfried Salzmann, the exhibition “Wallfahrt”, the prehistory and early history of the Pinzgau region as well as the Roman frescos of Saalfelden-Wiesersberg occupy a special position.

Regular special exhibitions round off the programme at the Museum Schloss Ritzen.
